We've had lizards, squirrels, mice, rats and even snakes eventually making their way through the corner under the siding and into the walls between our blocks. Since they were between the walls of our district and neighboring districts, it was difficult to get them out. Our neighbors denied they were just squirrels. The main thing was that there was a bit of everything. They even walked under the headlights on the roof. We live in a four family house. Since he was outside the building, we had to work with the HOA and the management company, making getting rid of them a political dead end. It was a nightmare. Pest control companies don't work because they have to place baits around an entire building, and not everyone agreed with that or agreed with whoever would pay for it. So I searched the web desperately for a solution. Having had ultrasonic pest repellers before and they didn't work, I was skeptical. But I've never tried 5 in 1 and doubt it would work. But I figured if there was one of them it would be this one. I ordered two and the rodent activity subsided so I ordered 2 more. I haven't had them long enough to really know if they would work long term. I hope they do. I have asthma and this is the safest solution for me and my neighbors. I have it in my garage and in the attic. One above and one below. They don't like rodents. I don't know about insects. So far, so good. I think I will order more soon.
