Just got it in the mail but so far I like it. It seems durable, it's made of nice material. The straps and carrying handle are thick and soft. The zippers are also well made and don't feel flimsy. The straps had to be adjusted but the backpack fits my 6.5 year old well. The side pockets have adjustable shoulder straps to store drinks or other items in the bag.
