Did you know that sanitary napkins and underwear come in different sizes depending on a woman's petiteness? Groin guards also need this type of size, just like men's groin guards come in different sizes. This one size does NOT fit many petite women including myself and some of my fellow athletes (5'0" to 5'4"). It is too wide and very painfully digs into the surrounding muscles and bones, causing not only superficial pain but also pain in the pelvic floor. This can lead to chronic pain, as well as pelvic floor and bladder problems, which are already a common problem among female athletes. Lo Blue, please consider making this protector at least youth size for girls or petite women.
