Review on PhoenixATS by Reggie Higdem

I really like how it's organized; everything seems so clear as far as what you're looking at or when something was last updated. It would be nice if there were more options available in terms of searching through resumes-it can sometimes feel limiting because they only list jobs that are open currently (and then require an application). Also, since we've been using this program over several years now, many things have changed regarding their platform/features - which makes navigation difficult from one year to another. We use ATS primarily due to its ability to help us manage our database effectively with ease throughout different time periods within 1 calendar month. As mentioned above though about navigating features between versions has made keeping up somewhat challenging!
