Size fits me 120 pounds 5 feet 7 inches waist 23 inches chest. I ordered a small one. It's very stretchy and doesn't compress or compress below the knees. The material is very thin, but still bearable. I crouched down and saw nothing like skin or the color of my underwear. But I'm sure if you have a better equipped rear end it can be seen. The overall camouflage is almost pink, but the green and black are very noticeable. And it's definitely freaking cute. I like to wear it in bars, in the gym or on regular shopping trips. He's hot and versatile.
