I like how they are very responsive. They listen to our needs and help us with them as well as educate us when needed. The price point can be high for some of the work we do but it's worth every penny! We use their services in many aspects of our business which includes data management, compliance audits, etc. There isn't anything really about this company that I dislike. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to get your job done then look no further than KLC. Their team has been amazing at solving issues and providing support. They have helped me build new processes within my organization while also helping with technical challenges.
