We bought this setup for our office and are trying to use it with our wireless service. The base station kept losing connection and rebooting, sometimes in the middle of a call. We called Ooma for assistance and they asked us to call our ISP. The ISP made the changes suggested by Ooma, but they didn't fix the issue. So we called Ooma and they replaced the device. However, since we were literally cut off in the middle of a conversation, we decided to stop using Ooma. Unfortunately we are outside the return period.
