For those who perhaps write reviews and complain that they got a crappy product: Did you contact the seller and tell him/her that you were disappointed with the quality of the product? Most the time they are more than happy to refund you or send you a new item. If a product has high reviews overall, but you're here having received something that sucks, you probably just got a dud. So now you've marked the product a 1-2 stars, when maybe contacting the seller to try to resolve the issue would have been a more appropriate route to go. But no, you marked it low and that affects how others interpret the quality of the product. Get it together, people!
