I love these bags and they are perfect for freezing leftovers, fruit and vegetables. I like that they are on a roll and in a compact pouch and not packed in a bulky box like other freezer bags because they take up a lot less space than freezer boxes. There is a spot where I can mark with a pen or a freeze marker so I know how long the food has been frozen. I hate using plastic lidded containers in the freezer because they take up so much space, and I love these bags because you can freeze the perfect amount of food flat and stacked on top of each other in a lot less freezer space. Freezer. Freezing food flat also takes a lot less time defrosting before reheating. I love these 1 liter freezer bags!
