The best part about this platform was being able to find people who are looking for work, even if they don't have experience in your industry yet! It's very easy to use once you get used to it (and I'm not sure how many times we had our account closed because of spam).

There were some glitches with my side panel where sometimes when someone sent me an application or request in chat there would be no response from them after several minutes so then I'd just assume they weren't going through their applications anymore. Also, while searching applicants by skillset/experience level, it wasn't always clear what each person actually did at previous companies - which makes filtering out those without relevant experience more difficult than necessary. We're trying to help employees transition into new jobs within our organization as well as provide opportunities outside of our organization for current team members.
