The taste is good, I ordered vanilla and will try chocolate next time. I'm not a big fan of vanilla, but my wife loves it and I'm fine drinking it. The powder mixes very well. I use a blender, not a blender fork or bottle. This is a high quality protein powder made from the ingredient that the word "pro" is based on. If you need a good protein powder with no artificial additives to stay healthy then look no further, this one will fill the bill.
