Review on 🌀 Gaiam Restore Muscle Massage Therapy Foam Roller - 18 Inch & 36 Inch by Joe Daniels

I first used it when I was visiting my parents in the country. I had severe back pain and my father advised me to use it to relax my muscles. I used it for 10-15 minutes and was amazed that my pain got much better, I didn't double up anymore. I immediately went online and ordered this for the house. I would advise against using it excessively as it can make your muscles sensitive if you overwork them. I use it when I'm in pain and my husband uses it when he's feeling stiff or in pain as well. We are both in good shape, but sometimes there are problems with the muscles. Definitely recommend having this on hand to help. I use it on my side, down my back to my shoulders. However, it's hard enough to rub anywhere. If needed I could roll it on my arm or leg. Love it.
