I love this crepe maker! I've had it for over six months now and I've made all sorts of pancakes on it. After a few months of use I got a little more creative and started making pancakes on it, as well as using it for quesadillas, sausage, bacon and a host of other things I could think of. One thing I would like to add is a wooden stick spreader tool. After a few uses I found that the spreader sticks to the pancakes and can ruin the pancakes. But it's easy to fix. I sanded the putty knife with 1500 grit sandpaper to make the stick smoother. And while you're making pancakes, you should have a bowl of water to leave the spatula in. This will help the spatula not stick to the pancakes. And if you want perfect pancakes, it's also a good idea to wipe down the shaker once it starts to build up flour between uses.
