And meringue, it is very difficult to whip it with a hand mixer, and for the Swiss to control the heating of proteins before whipping, given that thermometers often lie, it’s still a pleasure. In this machine, everything is automatic, just select the program and watch, it will heat the proteins to the desired temperature, it will whip itself. This model has two more built-in scales, at the bottom and at the top - it's insanely convenient! I have never met a technique where everything is so thought out to the smallest detail with the knowledge of what is necessary not only for the confectioner, but also for any person in the kitchen! I haven’t even tried half of the programs yet, but it even has a multicooker mode. It's fire! I recommend this car to everyone, you won't regret it!
