The customer service team at this organization knows their products well! They are easy to work with when it comes time for implementation of new features or customizations that were not initially addressed by our sales representative during contract signing (e-discovery).
There was no lack transparency between my Account Executive/Sales Rep from Day 1 about what we would be purchasing; therefore I didn't feel like any surprises came up later down stream after deployment / use started happening - which really helps reduce overall risk exposure since you know exactly how your product will perform once live vs if there's some hidden unknown feature coming out behind closed doors without proper communication beforehand. We have been able solve issues related specifically around eD discovery processes within MSGP as needed through various support requests over phone calls etc..
