Screw the headrest into the clips. Then clip the headrest onto any chair. I have this on a WorkPro 2 and this combo works for me. So far, so good. I think every chair should come with a headrest, especially if the price is over $500. I can't believe the only other headrest clip sold is Herman Miller and it's half the price of most other chairs. What a joke. The only problem with this headrest is that you can't move it forward or backward. To set the horizontal distance. But it makes up for that with the tilt function, and the C-clamps let you tilt it to any angle and level it to a degree. I give 5 stars because the price is right and it works even when used in this casually rigged way. But it looks stock and works great so can't complain.
