Main brush too big
Well, first of all, most 5 star reviewers probably clean a bong that most people don't use. The main brush is too big. After trimming, the brush wasn't long enough and flexible enough to fit in the bong bulb. So if that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. The only useful brushes are thin ones. The ones you can use to clean the glass tube and bowl (the one that contains your herb). The scraper is a joke. They don't have a cleaning app.
