I ordered these C14-C13 power supplies for use with a heat press and 3D printer. The heat press pivots and the power cord gets in the way when the printer is positioned so that the power cord crosses the table top. These adapters allow the power cord to be plugged in from a different direction, allowing me to rotate the heat press without the cord getting in the way, and allowing the 3D printer cord to stick out of the table instead of across it. They fit into outlets just as well as the original power cord. Simple device, works great!
