While I agree with others who have said this is the best phone/answering machine they've ever had, I have two warnings for people considering a purchase, and one of them might be a be a deal breaker. The first one is pretty minor - if you're deleting messages, you'll have to quickly press "Delete" before the message ends, or the next message will play automatically. Saving the previous ones in "old messages" is quite annoying if you don't catch them in time because then you have to go to old messages and listen to the same message again to delete them. Not that bad, but like I said, a bit annoying. Now a deal breaker. for some, and I'm saying that because I know a lot of people are probably buying this phone specifically for the headset feature. I was. When I first got to know the earbuds, I was thrilled that they came with 3 different sizes of earclips, as well as 3 different sizes of earbuds, as well as a headband option (the kind you've probably seen on some telemarketers). which ensures a close to personal fit. The problem was that the only thing holding the ear clip to the headset was a VERY SMALL FLAMMABLE piece of plastic which broke on my headset within a month. Once it is broken, you will NOT be able to attach an ear clip (or the included headband piece) to the headset. This means that there is now no way to prevent the headset from falling. I have not abused my headset, it has never been dropped, my children have never picked it up and it has been used for about an hour a day. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Now I had a headset that worked. but it was impossible to wear! How frustrating it was to switch headphones, especially when I found out that a replacement set costs $50! almost as much as the entire installation costs! That's why I decided to order the "Earhoox" headphone cases that hold/keep the earbud in your ear and only cost about $10. I will update the results when I get them.
