I have two dogs, both short haired (Pete and Doberman) and they both pile up everywhere. Single. Day. So I need a stick vacuum that will meet my needs. rzunimag. I used to have a Dyson. 1 year and I can't stand 6 minutes of battery life anymore. no joke. smhHere's what I've found so far with this stick.1. The suction power is good but not excellent.2. I only use this vacuum on hardwood floors and carpets. I do not recommend this for carpet. It doesn't have carpet suction power and the suction head is very light and doesn't feel sticky on carpet, if that makes sense. It's everywhere, but it's going nowhere. It's hard to explain, but it seems the head is too light to keep on the carpet. 3. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I've had with this stick is that the suction shaft clogs easily and when you find it clogs you've vacuumed most of the area you want to vacuum and you have to repeat. This happened to me every time I used it (about 20 times). I've seen bad reviews about the vacuum only ejecting what it's supposed to suck in, well that's true. It will do this if it's clogged, but it's a simple fix that I don't think deserves a bad mark, IMO. The clog is usually in the middle where the telescopic shaft meets, and sometimes it clogs at the end near the brush (see photo).4. I like TWO batteries. It makes my life so much easier when I don't have to stop in the middle of cleaning and charge my battery for 3 hours :/ and run around the house trying to get everything done in SIX minutes. thanks dison.5. The small nozzle works very well on my stairs. I use a straight nozzle for corners and curves and a small nozzle for steps. (Photo) Overall I am NOT disappointed with the purchase knowing that there is no such thing as a perfect product. Hope this review helps. I use this thing every day, two or three times, so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
