Great vacuum. Excellent Customer Service

I am a tiny 73 year old woman who is very obsessed with cleaning. I have 3 long haired cats and this vacuum makes my daily cleaning a lot easier. Very good for picking up cat hair, cat litter, dust and crumbs. Works great on my hardwood floors and 8x8 rug. Easy to use and easily fits under beds and other furniture. Great cordless vacuum cleaner! It's worth it.

I almost bought this vacuum cleaner because of the negative reviews but I'm glad I did! I'm not sure what these reviewers were talking about because this vacuum cleaner does everything I wanted it to and then some. I wanted a vacuum that would replace my broom and dustpan to save time picking up light to medium dust and dirt, pet hair and leaves and anything else that gets tracked on a daily basis. DO NOT GO TO THAT VACUUM!

I researched cordless vacuum cleaners for a long time and finally decided on the INSE S6. I so. Joyful! That's all I wanted and didn't know what I needed in a vacuum! In our 3 bed, 2.5 bath home, we only have carpet in the living room and stairwell. The rest is solid wood. I can vacuum an entire floor and stairs with one battery! I chose this one because it comes with two batteries and I'm so glad I did! It may not sound like a lot but we have 3 teenagers and a puppy! I love how light it is and

Good stick vacuum cleaner. Clogs easily (pet hair), I like TWO batteries

Where has this vacuum been all my life?

We've been using our trusty old Shark navigation system for years and it finally died.
