We've been using our trusty old Shark navigation system for years and it finally died. It was always a nuisance to push this heavy thing with a cord and I had to constantly unplug it to get around our house and we have several carpeted stairs so this was a problem with this bulky heavy vacuum. So much so, in fact, that I honestly always hated vacuuming and avoided it. So when my old vacuum gave up the ghost, we went back to square one by researching vacuums and found this cordless vacuum from INSE. Where has that vacuum been my whole life?! It has made the quality of my life a lot easier, it's very lightweight and easy to move around the house. I can easily walk as far around the house as I want without tangling or restricting the cord, PLUS I can easily vacuum the stairs without literally sweating more! And the best. MY 3 KIDS ARE FIGHTING ABOUT WHO THEY SHOULD VACUUM! Never in my life would I have NEVER thought that my children would want to vacuum every day! They love the way he maneuvers and it's actually therapeutic for them (I never thought I'd say that!). Even my 5 year old can help me vacuum now and he never complains - he asks when he can vacuum for me. before I can ask him! The suction power is excellent, easy to empty and store away. I specifically bought this one which has extras for use in the car and hard to reach areas. Also, I knew it would be handy to spend a little more for a second battery since I never had to worry about the battery dying. To be honest, because it's so easy to maneuver, it makes house cleaning so quick I only have to charge it every other day. (Cause we suck every day now, uuuu!). Do yourself a favor and get this vacuum cleaner! You will thank yourself! *** UPDATE 6/8/21 **** The metal plug in my vacuum has come loose. Luckily this product comes with a 12 month guarantee so I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a free replacement with easy shipping. I was very happy with the customer service and glad to have the vacuum cleaner working again! I still love my vacuum and highly recommend this product!
