Review on Ascend Physician Relationship Management by James Edwards

The ability to create appointment reminders for clients at their convenience is key in this day & age when communication needs are so important! We can see if we have appointments that need updated or cancelled from our desktop/laptop computer without having an app installed.- This feature would be great since I am working remotely most of time (even though it's not ideal) but there still has been times where i do get stuck out somewhere away form my desk looking up what date someone wants me too contact them about something they did last week etc..

So being able figure those things easily could've made life easier sometimes as well which makes sense because thats how you run your business after all.
