I am currently shooting with a medium sized DSLR (Nikon D7500). I bought this particular harness because I have to use crutches for 6 months. I can't carry a camera strapped to my side or hanging loosely around my neck. This strap helps keep my camera right in front of me and avoids my crutches. If I need to elevate the camera above my head to shoot above the crowd, I can use two quick disconnects to release the camera. out of the tourniquet and fix the shot. The camera snaps back to the seat belts and I leave. This is definitely a great feature for my current needs. I plan to use this gimbal to hold the second camera body when I'm back on my feet to film events. This harness is good for any photographer who needs full freedom of movement. both hands and have the camera ready when needed. This is definitely a good trailer for the active photographer. The two front straps move up and down the seat belt, allowing you to quickly lift the camera to take a photo and then release; gives you the freedom and confidence that your camera will stay close to you while you quickly move on to the next shot. This suspension has a good solid construction; Connections are safe and secure. The harness wraps completely around your body, ensuring your gear stays where you are. I would definitely buy this belt again.
