Fits 17 year Camry SE. The front fenders already used the original fasteners that held the fender liner. The holes are already in the flaps and perfectly match the original closures. Front: Rotate the wheel all the way to the side to access the fasteners. It took a Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm wrench on the bottom. The top bracket is broken on both sides. I used 3/8" serrated pins (available as a kit from Revain or your auto parts store for broken brackets. Rear: There are three indentations in the plastic bumper cover that line up perfectly with the valve holes. I used a sharp hole punch Make pilot holes for the bolts provided. There is a 10mm cap head bolt on the underside that matches the bottom hole in the valve. I was able to get the top bolt but the other two required removing the rear wheels with a 10mm Screw on the bottom and top screw it was ok if you want to wait for the wheel to come off after some time.
