I've used this dual HDMI monitor dock, a 2019 MacBook Pro with the lid closed, and a variety of other devices. It has been working flawlessly since August 2019. But in the last few months I've seen cryptic behavior. When using this dock, I log out from time to time while still using the Mac. No crashes, no reboots, and it's easy to fix by re-entering my password. Only a few seconds are lost. But now I am getting disconnected from the Zoom call and have to go back etc. I have replaced this hub with another from a different manufacturer and no longer have this problem. I can't say 100% that this hub is the cause of the problem. But for the last week no logouts with another 2 HDMI hub.
