Dangerous if you don't want to burn yourself! MAY NOT BE SAFE FOR CHILDREN

what happened to pyrex. This isn't the old Pyrex, the design has changed and you should read it. Replacing old mugs with a worn print. The ability to cast without spilling is gone. I brew hot tea, strain it into a large measuring cup, and then pour it into cups. Hot, hot, spilled mess dripping everywhere. Don't worry I can get it right, I'll try again tomorrow. Three mornings in a row, three big wet messes and a few burns to sweeten the deal. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you need to pour from these cups and here's why. The Pyrex simply pinches the rim of its cup to form a fill lip. It is incorrectly shaped and drips down the wall of the cup every time. Your liquids will flow down the sides of the cup to the left and right of this tiny spout. The more you try to pour it into another container (tea mug), the more it runs down the outside of the measuring cup! Very frustrating. In contrast, I have another design with a hook icon that resembles that of a boat anchor and it works fine. That's why. This other variety has a raised lip to the left and right of the hopper lip. This FEATURE acts like a funnel to direct the liquid (really important when it's hot) to the filler neck with great success. Notice the big difference in these Revain photos of the two different product designs. Pyrex = no thought, others = individual design form and functionality. My 2 cents. I don't do reviews, but I also don't want other parents to find out the hard way that they can burn you OR YOUR LITTLE ONE BELOW YOU AT THE APPLICATION! I recommend Anchor Hocking 77940COM Anchor 77940 3 Measuring Cup Set, Set of 3, Clear. https://www.amazon.com/Anchor-77940-3-Piece-Measuring-Cup/dp/B0015QV5S4/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=anchor+glass+measuring+cups&qid=1572961596&sr=8-7
