design flaw? Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets
The unit I received has a nylon locking wheel (all my other Atlas Marcato knives are stainless steel). The stainless steel cutting roller cuts into the nylon roller, leaving small pieces of nylon in the noodles. The device is unusable. I haven't tried it for a while after purchasing it and the return window is closed. There were no instructions for my device and I cannot find any instructions online. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong? Does somebody know? I opened it but there is no setting. Should I just spin it around until it stops digging up pieces of nylon? oh my
