Review on Oil Rubbed Bronze Outdoor Wall Light - Emliviar Farmhouse Porch Lantern With Clear Tempered Glass by Jeff Bridgewater

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Beautiful light fixture, nice finish

This is a really beautiful, well built light fixture with just one issue (more on that later). The fixture itself was made from nice materials and was pretty heavy. There is a screw on glass enclosure for the bulb to keep the bulb dry and dust free.Installation was pretty straight forward and once installed, it looked great. Now, the one issue that I had was the threads on the part where you screw in the outside glass guard. It is the metal piece that covers the glass to keep from shattering. I had a very difficult time matching the threads to screw the outside glass guard and after multiple tries, I was able to finally get in on. It took so long because I know that if you mess up the threads on the fixture, the next time around, it's going to be even harder to get back on and sit flush. Well, I was finally able to get it on there but I'm dreading ever having to unscrew it and to put it back on.Other than the issue of the threads which I thought was annoying, I am still giving this item 5 stars because overall, it was still built very well and it does look gorgeous.
