I used to use Annie's 1" rolls which are a few inches thicker and longer than these. Doesn't matter! They are much easier to handle and stay folded. I have naturally curly hair (3B). I love using them to get a free wave and experimenting with vintage styles. I haven't tried them overnight but I left them on for 3 hours after wetting dry hair with a mixture of water and product and I got decent results. Learning how to best style your hair and comb your locks will take time, but it's worth it if you can protect your hair from the damaging effects of heat. Recommended!
