I had a wrist protector before and it was a small size. I bought this one in a small and it was entirely to small. It was painful, uncomfortable and left imprints whenever I took it off. Found out they will only accept the item if it was not worn and unopened. How in the world am I supposed to know if it would fit unless I tried it on? I ordered a medium and it fit better but if I had known that the order couldn't be returned I would not have purchased from them again. Never again! Unless you are 100% that you know your size don't purchase because you will be stuck if it doesn't fit. Oh well buyer's remorse. The medium is also a little tight but bearable. Oh one more thing it is kind of tight to take off. Since you have to wear it because of an injury you don't want it to hurt to take off.
