Opened to find cracked plexiglass window and this was my daughter's big gift for Christmas.

I like the product but when I opened the box to assemble on Christmas eve to find a cracked plexiglass panel, it was disappointing and I haven't had any return contact as to how to replace the panel. Also, the mesh cover is not attached well to the frame/lid. It comes out of place easily, but is not easily put back in place. Overall, I love the look of the product and it's intended functionality, but also wish I had chosen something different for my daughter to house her hamster.

Pros

The seesaw, ladder, and feeding bowl offer your furry friend plenty of opportunities for exercise and stimulation

Cons

The extra-large size may be unnecessary for smaller rodents
