When the monitor works it's great, but for me it probably happens less than 25% of the time. I don't use it too often (not to mention it rarely works) or for long periods of time (turn it off when I'm done), but I've passed my return date so I'm sticking with it. I've tried swapping outlets and making sure the power cords are fully plugged in, but that doesn't seem to help, maybe I'm just unlucky.
