This suction cup mount is much better than the standard mount that comes with most Garmin GPS units. In my experience, when the windshield gets hot, the standard suction cup will fail and break the glass. The Braketron suction cup has a much stronger suction power. I bought my first one from Bass Pro Shops out of holiday frustration. Very glad I did. In fact I just ordered another one here at Revain for the new GPS. I'm not even going to bother with what Garmin offers. (Garmin don't hit, but their sucker doesn't suck. Pun)
