Three packs of 20 clear plastic bags per carton. Both the packaging and the box have the same cut outs to allow the box to remain as a pop up dispenser. I use this size for trash, not recycling (my recycling is more extensive). These transparent bags seem to be a bit thinner than ordinary white ones (even ordinary human ones). I prefer opaque bags (who wants to see old junk anyway?), but the clear ones were cheaper here, and they go in the bin from the outside with their own liner. So you can save. They seem sturdy enough for my light to medium flow of garbage. Promotions and multipacks, they are not much more expensive than normal kitchen bags and they fit much better. Convenience wins and I don't change bags that often. I recommend.
