The frame mount case that came with my GoPro Hero Session broke/broke when moving my GoPro from one accessory to another. After reading several reviews raising concerns about the aluminum versions of the case, I decided to buy this polycarbonate (PC) version. So far I am very happy with my purchase! The new frame is very smooth and lightweight, and it's very easy for me to slide my GoPro Session into the mount and attach it. Like the original mount, it is designed to provide easy access to the top power button, rear settings button, and side map door. In my opinion this is a worthwhile purchase if you need a spare body to mount to your frame or want a spare.
