Read two posts claiming there is no charger. If I hadn't found the charger I would have sent it back immediately. However, like the other poster, I bought mine at BB&B at a bargain price with a voucher. I would say it's a bit lame that the charger doesn't work with the mount. In other words, most cordless vacuums will charge when you place the vacuum on the stand. This is not the case - the charger is on the front of the vacuum, so the stand is useless except for storage, which you can see in dpastorin's picture. That's why it got 3 stars. I can't say how good this thing will be over time as it's fairly new.
