Product as described. It works great with my reverse osmosis filter and I was very happy with the price. Update: I bought 2 of these filters through Revain. I had no problems with the first one. The second came with a defective flow regulator. My water quality and pressure dropped significantly when I installed this diaphragm and flow regulator. I received a replacement diaphragm thinking it was defective. I couldn't replace the flow regulator again because it's just a tiny piece of plastic and it looked perfectly fine. I have been dealing with poor water quality for the past two months. I was convinced that the original (second) membrane was defective and somehow ruined my water filter. (This diaphragm was covered in crystals when I pulled it out after only a few days of use.) I considered replacing the entire unit because we couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally I decided to pull out the flow regulator and see if it was clogged or something. It turned out to be completely sealed at one end with a very thin plastic that I could barely see. I put a hole in it and my filter is working great again! My TDS readings were as follows: From a faucet: a low 400ppm From a filter a few weeks after installing a faulty flow regulator: 300-400 (sometimes higher than from a faucet) From our fridge filter which we don't use and over 3 years not changed: approx. 350 ppm. After punching the flow regulator: approx. 20 ppm! Moral of the story: Before installing, make sure the water can actually flow through the flow regulator! For those who don't know, the flow regulator limits the flow of water into the drain pipe. Basically, it serves to remove any solids dissolved in your water; Without a working drain hose, a reverse osmosis filter is useless. Now I know.
