Junk! Only used once since ordering but expired return (I don't bake much) - temp was 180 degrees in just ยฝ hour. I checked that the probe was seated in the center of the roast and it did. Apparently a 4 1/2 pound roast beef couldn't be cooked in 30 minutes. When the probe cooled I noticed that the reading was not zero but 140. If I had noticed that on arrival I would have sent it back. Broken right out of the box. That's Taylor's quality for you!
