My daughter has adopted two wonderful rescue kittens. However, as kittens, they loved to play and chew, including phone charger cords, power cords and so on. While we've protected simple things like power cords from lights by simply wrapping them with tape and securing them in place, we couldn't find an option for some things that needed to be lying around, like a phone charger cord. That helped. However, we have found that if cats can figure out how to unplug the plug from the back of the cat feeder, they can dislodge it from the cord. A simple tie at the end of the cord solved this problem. Luckily they only played with it after it came loose. This is a must have if you have chews around the house!
