The best meat grinder for Indian food and more

We have been using this meat grinder/blender for over a month now. We have been looking for an Indian coffee grinder for over a year. I ended up thinking maybe ordering from India as I couldn't find anything here in the US but due to COVID-19 I had to wait a long time. One day I came across this one. I read almost all the reviews and was a bit hesitant as some people had issues and the good reviews weren't long enough to learn more about the product. I tried anyway and it came within 12 days (slightly longer wait). It was packaged very carefully and was a beauty straight out of the box and made of very high quality stainless steel. This is none other than my Ninja and Vitamix kitchen system. I have seen Indian branded coffee grinders. Quality and craftsmanship will never rival Ninja or Vitamix. We've had several Hamilton Beach products in the past (entry level) but we've never been impressed by the brand. This professional line is the best in terms of quality. When I come to a show, we grind spices; I have looked up many masala recipes on YouTube and cooked them at home. I learned how to make green chutney during lockdown. A family friend gave us homegrown organic turmeric roots. It grinds perfectly, it was a bit hot and had to wait a few minutes like 4 or 5 minutes to restart. But we are talking about turmeric root; It is difficult to grind turmeric. I have tried Ninja in the past and it failed to grind and yes Ninja is not a grinder but I have used Ninja in the past to grind here and there. I use a large smoothie jar; Something about the blades makes smoothies soft and smooth in texture, just like the Vitamix. This is a mix of two of my favorite blenders. I really love it and it comes with a five year warranty and they sell additional parts separately on their website. The functionality is there, but it also starts with a simple press of a single switch if you don't want to go through all those features. To be honest, I don't use these features at all. I press the power button, choose the speed and press start. It has become my favorite mixer/chopper and the one I'm most attracted to. It was part of our daily cooking.
