Pathetic product. After 6 months, our product started to give off a burning odor. We see black burn marks under the blender when we try to use it. It also doesn't grind very well. Too expensive for such a bad product. The worst thing is that despite the warranty, Hamilton Beach customer service washed their hands and will not replace. Never buy this or any other Hamilton Beach product again.

I bought this blender about 4 months ago and it hasn't worked for a few weeks. I tried contacting customer service by phone and got a response that phone support has been suspended due to COVID and offered to file a complaint online. I have complained twice but have not received a call back or a letter in the past week. I prefer not to use this blender anymore

Drive coupler on base broke after a month of use. Unfortunately, the returns window closed last week. I have uploaded photos of the failed drive clutch. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement part. I will report later on their customer support. Update August 18, 2020 I have sent 2 emails to Hamilton Beach to get a replacement part. More than a week has passed. Till now I have not received any reply from them.

Please do not purchase a product that is not worth the money. The cans are poorly made, I used them very carefully but they broke. Always hand wash them right after each use and still take good care of them. It started to loosen and then broke. The same happens with a small glass with a very poorly designed handle. less than a year, it's a waste of money. I am extremely disappointed. The main problem is that a blender will not work without a handle.

I was hesitant to make this purchase but was pleasantly surprised. It worked great for mint chutney, peanut chutney, coconut chutney, chunn chutney, dosa batter, idli batter, vada batter, carrot, beet juice/smoothie. . Such a miracle of space! Cleaning is easy and not much different from other blenders. The glass lids are strong and snap well into place. So they no longer need to be kept. I also bought a guarantee just in case I use it extensively! I love it so far. Would definitely recommend…

Our Preethi blender suddenly stopped working after 13 years of excellent performance. We have completed the HB mixer after reading many good reviews. We were looking forward to this device. Unfortunately, the promise was not kept. The device looks like a new-age mixer and is quite loud, but it does not perform well. The lid latch could be easier.
