I only bought these to use for Zoom meetings at the office. I tried to connect to my office computer but it never worked. I even had an IT remote connected to my computer and still no pairing. First, they didn't even show up in the device list. There's little you can do if you can't fix the device yourself! Brought them home and checked if they would work with my home computer not restricted by admin rules, no they never showed up in the device list again as if those computers couldn't see them at all. Okay, I know they're cheap, but I didn't care how they sound, look, feel, or charge as they were meant for meetings ONLY. I expected them to at least connect to my computer. they are garbage.
