Review on Vollrath 61230 Bake and Roast Pan - Stainless Steel, 3.5 Qt Capacity, 14-7/8 x 10-1/4 x 2-inch, Silver by Timothy Spinner

I love Vollrath pans. I now have 3 of these - two of the 3.5 liter. and one of 4.75 qt. They are amazing! They are a sturdy stainless steel construction. Each of the smaller ones bakes a sheet cake or roasts a chicken. 4.75 liters. easily cooks a large roast beef or pork. They cook the food evenly. Cleaning isn't a problem either, although they are NOT non-stick coated. Their one-piece design leaves no room for groceries. I have a stainless steel kitchen sink and 4.75 liters. The bowl fits perfectly in the sink! I recommend it. Although they are a bit "expensive", you never have to replace them! Take this from someone who has had to replace cheaper cake pans - about 6 times. I wish I had known about these solid pans "a long time ago"!
