Save your money in bags and cases

I ordered 2 packs of 200 and received pack 1: caps: 212 tips: 201 tubes: 202 second bag I have: caps: 230 tips: 101 tubes: 211 I considered having too many caps, tubes and tips in the first pack which I thought would be balanced in the second pack but I only received 302 of the original 400 I bought. Unfortunately I used the first pack without an invoice and found it late. but the second remains untouched.
