The ability for us to create custom rules in combination with other products made it easy to manage our environment without having too many 3rd party tools or services required. It was also very well integrated into Microsoft 365 so we could easily access all of its features within Sway. I dislike how difficult it is to find things as a user because you have to click through multiple menus before finding something. My department had issues creating rules using Group Policy Management which limited what we were able to do. We are trying to solve this issue by moving away from GPO's but there needs to be another tool available for users who want more control over their own settings than they would get via GPMC/ADMCG. Our organization needed an easier way to set up new employees' accounts since most did not know about ADUC (Active Directory Users & Computers) nor knew where Groups Policies / Objects Locations were stored when building out environments. Using User Manager solved these problems.
