Review on Duane Morris by Richard Surveh

I was contacted to represent a client who had been charged with fraud and wanted to settle. The first attorney we met with thought that he could not help us with this case. At that time I was looking to switch firms. I spoke to another colleague at Duane Morris whom I felt would be able to help us with our case. He agreed to meet with my client and his sister and after reviewing the file it became apparent that there were several areas that needed to be addressed. A significant amount of work was required to complete their settlement agreement. The best thing about this firm was that when I had questions or concerns they were always available for me via phone call or email. They have great customer service! It can be quite expensive if you don't know what your rights are and how much it will cost prior to hiring an attorney (I think we spent somewhere around $5k). But as long as you keep up communication throughout the process it should work out just fine. We hired them because our previous lawyer did not represent us well.
