Pizza won't slide off this tray
I've followed your cleaning instructions but the pizza just seems to stick to this metal tray - they don't want to slide off the tray onto the oven grates and even harder cooked pizza underneath. I also have wooden bowls and they work as they should. Do yourself a favor and take the wooden bowl. While this thing is well made, it's not made for use as a pizza peel.
