Edit: Support contacted me and sent replacement cartridges. Until it's time to replace those in there, so I can't say how well they're working just yet. I have increased my rating to reflect the excellent customer service and will increase it to 5 stars if the new cartridges work in the old rating - saving money on cartridges is risky in my opinion. Cartridge #1 seemed fine for the first few weeks, and for the past few weeks 85% of my papers have had streaks (poor) and double-printed areas on the pages (making a lot of things just plain unreadable). I thought I had a problem with the printer then read more reviews of these cartridges. I just swapped another cartridge in the box and it prints a bit smudged and light but now I can read everything. It should print 2.4k pages at 5% coverage, and others say they get a lot less. I'm pretty sure I got at least 2,000 pages from them with my last cartridge and will be ordering again.
