These cartridges work great and are phenomenal value compared to OEM cartridges. I had absolutely no problems with the print quality. They also appear to have great longevity. I use my body shop printer and print a lot of estimates every day. My only complaint, and it's smart, is that the printer starts giving me cartridge end messages, quite prematurely, when it has reached the end of its life and it's time to prepare a replacement. The first cartridge I installed following the instructions provided was faulty: toner pooled in my printer and spilled all over the paper. I tried cleaning and reseating the cartridge twice before deciding the cartridge was defective. I installed a second cartridge which worked straight away. It was frustrating dealing with a faulty product and now I have to order another backup but not from this manufacturer.

Edit: Support contacted me and sent replacement cartridges. Until it's time to replace those in there, so I can't say how well they're working just yet. I have increased my rating to reflect the excellent customer service and will increase it to 5 stars if the new cartridges work in the old rating - saving money on cartridges is risky in my opinion. We have now installed the first cartridge in our Canon Image Class LPB151dw a few weeks ago. I haven't had any streaking issues or the printer didn't recognize the cartridge. This cartridge works just like Canon's OEM cartridge - same beautiful dark images, clean, crisp text. For a fraction of the cost.
